The company, founded in 1995 by Dipl.-Ing. Frank Grosch and Dipl.-Ing. Ralph Wolfrum, has set itself the task of designing, building, assembling and commissioning turnkey flue gas cleaning and energy recovery systems.

In the meantime, plants designed by us are not only located in Western and Eastern Europe, but also in North America, Asia and Australia.
Engineers in process engineering, fluid mechanics and electrical engineering as well as chemists, physicists, designers, technicians and technical draughtsmen are available for the technical implementation, providing the necessary know-how for the respective application.

Our philosophy

We have remained true to our belief that exhaust air purification as a contribution to environmental protection is a necessary and sensible measure.

And our philosophy is still based on environmental protection measures that do not follow the motto “safety has its price”, but are in a healthy financial relationship to the necessary expenditure.

Exhaust air purification measures do not bring any direct financial benefit to the user, nor do they increase productivity. Therefore, in the context of increasing competition, exhaust air purification is essential in terms of cost-effective investment and operation.

Our philosophy is based on measures that are always aimed at reducing the costs of operating resources and investments.

The safety, quality and availability of our systems are basic requirements for us. To ensure this, innovative ideas are implemented in our company.

Our customers benefit from the customer-specific adaptation of the systems in conjunction with the corresponding internal processing, project planning and coordination.

Flexibility

With the large number of various different application requirements of our customers and the regulations and laws that they have to observe, we have achieved a high level of flexibility. We can also demonstrate this flexibility in planning and design, which means additional profit for our customers.

"Thinking outside the box" is our daily business. Should conventional solutions not be available we can also develop innovative prototypes and push them until they reach market maturity.

We don't always take the easy route with our solutions, but we certainly always take the innovative route for our customers.

Each of our customers' problems is unique, which is why understanding the preceding process is a top priority for us. This may result in several possible solutions for our customers during the consultation, which can lead to different investment or operational expenses depending on the case.

Cooperation with the customer is also of crucial importance here, as they ultimately decide how the system they request from us will fit into their strategy.

Turn-Key

So that our customers can concentrate on their day-to-day business and production, our range of services also includes turnkey systems.

Our customers can choose from component to turn-key deliveries, which can include transportation, mechanical and electrical assembly, lifting equipment such as cranes, commissioning, instruction, training of customer employees and the construction of plant foundations.

The customer is responsible for deciding on the delivery limits and possible own services.

In the case of turn-key systems, the FIDIC “Orange Book” is usually used, as it sets out for both sides the requirements to be met by the respective partner.

After-Sales Service

After commissioning and handover of the system to the customer, our after-sales customer support begins within a framework agreed with the customer. This can include the provision and delivery of spare and wear parts, maintenance and service contracts up to 24-hour service contracts.
For us, 24/7 service means that we can be reached by phone around the clock and can provide quick answers to questions and assistance using a visualization system and online access.
