AmmoNOx

Catalytic oxidation

AmmoNOx

The AmmoNOx system was specially developed for processes in which only hydrogen (H2), nitrogen (N2and ammonia (NH3) are present as pollutants.

The process gas is electrically heated to the inlet temperature of the catalyst, which is used to convert the pollutants. The hydrogen flow is used to reduce the primary energy consumption.

After leaving the catalyst bed, the clean gas enters the fan and can be fed into the exhaust air line.

A secondary heat recovery system can be installed on the outlet side to utilize the residual energy.
