Cyclone

De-dusting

Cyclone Z

The raw gas enters the cyclone laterally, tangentially in the cylindrical part. The centrifugal forces generated by the rotational movement bring the dust-like components to the container wall. In the subsequent conical section, the forces are increased until they reach the break-off point. There, the dust particles fall into the collection container and the flue gases are reversed in direction and flow towards the outlet, which is mounted vertically above on the lid of the cyclone.

The dust is discharged from the collection container via a discharge device. The material and, if necessary, the inner lining of the cyclone are selected depending on the temperature and application.
