Denitrification SNCR
The process gas is preheated in a heat exchanger using the hotter clean gas. The process gas is then fed to a combustion chamber, where it is brought to the appropriate reaction temperature with the addition of reagent. At the outlet of the combustion chamber, the process gas is cooled via the heat exchanger and fed into the stack.
SNCR processes are inferior in their cleaning performance to those with catalysts. The effort required for strongly fluctuating volume flows should not be underestimated.
