Dust filter PF

The dust filter can be divided into 3 areas: The clean gas compartment, the filter compartment and the discharge compartment, which are arranged in this order from top to bottom.

The raw gas enters the filter chamber from the side. The filter elements hang from the clean gas compartment into the filter compartment. The dust particles are retained on the filter medium while the flue gas flows through in the direction of the clean gas chamber. From there, the clean gas passes through the pipe to the clean gas fan and the chimney.

Compressed air distribution lines are located above the clean gas outlets of the filter elements, which in turn release compressed air into the pockets in rows via valves, causing the filter elements in this row to change shape and the dust particles to fall into the discharge cone below.

Via a discharge device such as a screw, rotary valve or slide, the dust reaches a container where it can be disposed of.
